All shipments require signature confirmation. We insure all of our packages at full value and require signature to allow for the safest delivery possible.

If direct signature is problematic, we can ship to a Fed Ex location upon request allowing the package to be held for pick up.

International shipments:

All international custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Because international customs fees and taxes are subject to the country that your package is being shipped to, we ask all buyers to research the fees specific to the shipment prior to making your purchase.

Please note that if customs fees are not paid by the customer, they will be held responsible for the return shipping charges.

Wire transfer is required for all international purchases, and can also be used as a payment method for domestic customers if preferred. If Wire Transfer is selected as the method of payment at checkout, customers will be prompted with instructions on all of the necessary information needed to complete the transaction. Once the wire clears we will ship to the given address.
